Welcome Devnet Customers

As you already know, Cloud Sherpas, the world’s leading Google Apps cloud service provider, has acquired Devnet. So what does this mean for you? 

Cloud Sherpas provides you with access to the largest number of Google Apps Certified Specialists of any Google partner worldwide. We’re able to bring to you an expanded international sales and service organization with coverage from the US and from our offices in Sydney, Brisbane, and Wellington, NZ.

In addition to a larger pool of Google Apps experts to call upon, Cloud Sherpas has a mature Cloud Management practice that is focused on ensuring our customers are delighted! We work with you to make sure you fully recognize the exceptional value of Google Apps by being a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer care and services post migration.

When you purchase your Google Apps licenses from Cloud Sherpas, you receive the following services at no additional cost:

  • Monthly Training Webinar on Google Mail, Calendar and Contacts (for on-boarding new employees)

Our team is working hard to integrate systems to ensure there is no negative impact to existing customers.  To help facilitate this, each Devnet Google Apps customer will receive an email with instructions to install SherpaTools.

Customer Support

Customers have the ability to submit support requests to Cloud Sherpas via the following tools:

  • SherpaTools — for Google Apps customers, we encourage you to install your free license of SherpaTools.  From within SherpaTools, simply click on the “Support” link in the upper right hand corner and submit your support request.
  • Support Portal — For those customers who are not using Google Apps or those who are not using SherpaTools, you may log in to our support portal to enter a support case. Just go to: www.cloudsherpas.com/helpfaqs/client-portal/ and click on the “Forgot Password” link to have a password automatically sent to you via email.

Purchase Additional Licenses

We are integrating several separate systems to ensure smooth interaction moving forward.  We’ve made significant progress already, but there is still a bit of work to do.  Please identify which product you have below and follow the process associated with it to purchase additional licenses or increase quotas (maps).

  • Google Apps or Postini
    • the majority of customers will have the ability to use the Instant Seat purchase feature in SherpaTools.  Please follow the simple instructions on this page to quickly and easily add Google Apps seats to your domain.
    • A small minority of customers will not have the ability to use the Instant Seat purchase feature within SherpaTools.  If you attempt to add and are told you are not eligible please submit a support case using the methods described above and we will process your order promptly.
  • Google Maps/Earth or Google Search Appliance.  For customers who need to increase their quotas on Google Maps/Earth or on Google Search Appliances please login to the Cloud Sherpas support portal (www.cloudsherpas.com/helpfaqs/client-portal/) and enter a support case and we will process the order right away.
