When customers purchase ArchiveMigrator, the BetterCloud team will run the process and take care of everything from converting the data and uploading the archived items to providing necessary legal reports. All the customer must do is collect the archived files (in NSF or PST format) and ship the files to Cloud Sherpas, and we take it from there. Within a few weeks, all archived files will be available in the cloud.
