Access the Google Apps Training from the ‘More’ Dropdown Menu
You’ll find the ‘More’ dropdown menu in your Google Apps navigation bar, which can be found at the top of any page you are accessing in Google Apps (any Google Doc, Spreadsheet, Site, Gmail, etc.). The More dropdown should be the right-most option in your navigation bar. Click on “More” to reveal the dropdown menu, and then click on “Google Apps Training”. If you do not see “Google Apps Training” in your dropdown menu, please contact your administrator.

Each Google Apps Training Course features an introductory video and a series of chapters and lessons providing a comprehensive overview of the topic covered. You can complete each lesson in sequence or return to the Google Apps Training portal from any application in the Google Apps collaboration suite as you need additional help or assistance. Each section averages 2-3 minutes in length, segmented into byte-sized chapters covering specific topics and features.
