Google offers a full suite of tools for businesses, educational institutions, government, and nonprofit organizations. The pricing for Google Apps is very simple, and the cost is surprisingly small compared to in-house solutions.

Google Apps for Business is priced on a monthly, contract-free Flexible Plan and a more economical Annual Plan.

Google Apps for Government Pricing

Google Apps for Government is priced the same as Google Apps for Business but is set up to meet the particular security requirements of government agencies, including keeping all data on servers in the United States.

Google Apps for Education Pricing

The standard set of apps is available to all educational institutions. Google offers Google Apps for Education completely free of charge.

Google Apps for Non-Profit Pricing

If your organization is a non-profit with under 3,000 users, you can apply for Google Apps for Education for free. If your non-profit has over 3,000 users, you are eligible for Google Apps for Business at a discounted cost.

Google Message Discovery Pricing

Google also offers archiving and e-discovery powered by Postini. Postini guarantees compliance in cases of litigation, and allows administrators to search a centralized email archive from which they can identify and export email messages for further analysis and review. These services are priced based on retention length and the need for encryption.
