With roots as a silicon alley web developer and enterprise software channel marketing, today Michael is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Cloud Sherpas and oversees the business.

David Ferris, Ferris Research
David Ferris is a leading messaging and collaboration expert who is frequently quoted in the technology and business press. He has been professionally involved with messaging and collaboration technologies since 1991. He got into computer science research as a graduate student at Stanford, and was one of the first 100 email users. He wrote the first syndicated column in the computer industry and has since written hundreds of articles and bulletins on messaging and collaboration, and coauthored three books.

Jim DesPres joined Google Enterprise in January of 2008 and is focused on increasing adoption of Google Applications in large enterprises throughout the United States. Jim is primarily responsible for meeting with senior executives of large enterprises to discuss how Google's Cloud Based Applications can displace existing legacy on-premise solutions. Prior to joining Google, Jim spent 9 years at Oracle selling ERP applications to Fortune 500 corporations.

Jeff Miller is an accomplished information technology executive with over 15 years experience with demonstrated skills and subject matter expertise in enterprise information collaboration technologies, including email messaging, instant messaging, and cloud computing. Prior to joining Cloud Sherpas, he successfully led the migration of one of the largest enterprise customers to the cloud, migrating over 30,000 Lotus Notes/Domino users to hosted Exchange, hosted OCS, and hosted SharePoint.
