Jon Hallett, Chairman & CEO
Jon is a technology industry veteran who founded or led multiple successful consulting, SaaS and managed services companies. Prior to Cloud Sherpas, Hallett was Executive Chairman at Northridge Systems, a leading provider of collaboration solutions to large and midmarket enterprises. Hallett also was a company director and turnaround executive at IT solutions firm mindSHIFT Technologies, where he helped quadruple revenue while taking the company to positive cash flow. Earlier he held executive management positions at AppNet (acquired by CommerceOne) and was CEO at NMP, a consulting, SaaS and managed services company, at which he returned over 20x invested capital to his institutional investors. Jon has worked with numerous other start-ups as an executive consultant to the leadership team. He remains Chairman of Northridge and also serves as independent director of Vocalocity.
Karl Lamberth, VP Professional Services
As VP of Professional Services, Karl is responsible for the service delivery organization, including consulting, migration and application development efforts. Karl has served as a management consulting Executive with Accenture for 10+ years, where he directed service delivery teams focusing on change management and process development during ERP integrations for large organizations. Karl has also run his own management consulting company for 6+ years which focused on providing state and local government statistical consulting services. Karl has also served as the Director of Operations for AppNet and CommerceOne, where he led efforts to develop internal processes and programs focused on enabling the organizations to maintain quality during periods of explosive growth.
Michael Cohn, Founder & VP Marketing and Product Management
Michael is a technologist, a marketeer, and a founder of Cloud Sherpas. With roots as a silicon alley web 1.0 developer, Michael has spent his career on the cusp of Internet technologies, with a focus on B2B enterprise technology marketing. Today Michael is responsible for leading Cloud Sherpas marketing and communication efforts and setting the strategic direction of SherpaTools, a set of add-on tools for Google Apps administrators and end-users.
Eran Gil, Founder & VP Business Development
Eran is a driver. As VP of Business Development, he assumes responsibility for the company’s sales efforts with the goal of expanding new business revenues and strategic partnerships. Prior to Cloud Sherpas, Eran led the international expansion for an independent VAR, doubling sales in under two years. He also served as a strategy leader for Brighthouse, one of Atlanta’s leading marketing and sales consultancies.
David Hoff, VP Technology
As our VP of Technology, David is responsible for advancing the technology vision for Cloud Sherpas and our customers. David brings 10+ years of IT management experience to Cloud Sherpas, specifically in the areas of messaging and collaboration, custom application development and mobile solution development.
